A Million Little Fires wasn’t done yet.

With producer Justin Gariano at Treehaus Studios, A Million Little Fires continued working on new (heavier) music. “My favorite bands seem intent on bouncing around their respective genres” says Jay Douglas. “They don’t just write the same song over and over.” With this in mind, the band focused on drawing elements from hard rock, modern metal, pop, and even classical music. They balanced sweeping melodies and electronic programming against riffs and breakdowns ranging from ‘energetic’ to ‘downright brutal’. Jay was also intent on putting more of himself into his lyrics than ever before, allowing the walls to completely break down.

The goal was to make music that is big, heavy, fun and authentic. Music that’s powerful enough to move an audience physically as well as emotionally.

The result is the band’s latest release, “Violent Halos”
